The Cybersecurity Engineer will focus on crafting comprehensive cybersecurity policies, responding to cyber questionnaires, investigating malware incidents, managing patching software, and supporting end users at a Tier 1 level. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is adept at both policy development and technical investigations. Additionally, the Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and managing MDR (Managed Detection and Response), investigating antivirus/malware events, administering and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Servers, and efficiently troubleshooting Microsoft Office products.
Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative functions requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skills and knowledge of the Company's policies and practices. Functions include
Build and test units and circuits required with assistance, document test and related data, and assist in providing technical support as assigned.
Manages and administers the Corporate Marketing Communications Department in accordance with the Company's objectives. Creates, implements and oversees communications and marketing programs that effectively describe and promote Basler Electric and its products. Provides support to all product groups for marketing plans, new product introductions and promotional programs. Administers structure and content of corporate internet, intranet and electronic promotions. Individual has the overall responsibility of developing and creating editorial and graphic content for the Company's electronic media.
Plan, conduct, and direct the mechanical portion of engineering projects of major significance requiring the application of advanced knowledge in electrical/electronic packaging. Originate mechanical design and apply new and creative techniques. Must have good communicative and coordinative skills to supply technical advice and counsel to management and other professionals. May represent the company in outside discussions.

Responsible for the functional and empirical analysis and design as related to developing and implementing embedded firmware for the company's products. This may include, but is not limited to, operating software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software. Involved in the development of testing strategies and software reliability studies for both devices and systems and standards for software documentation.
This position is a senior member in the Accounting/Finance department who will provide a high level of analytical support and take on lead roles in projects. This also entails providing support for areas of needs that may arise within the department, including the support of the general accountants. This position will also be responsible for identifying potential areas of opportunity within the department and driving solutions to accomplish these. This offers a wide exposure to the various accounting functions within the Company. Much of the involvement will be in certain daily, monthly, and annual processes of the finance department, which include monthly and annual closings, budgeting, and physical inventory and may also include payroll, tax, and/or cost accounting functions as may be assigned.
